Does aloe vera have any side effects?

There are no known side effects of aloe vera now, but there are very few people who may have an allergy to fresh aloe vera. However, the allergic reaction is not as severe as seen in other substances- a minor itch, burn, or rash is the consequence of the fresh aloe vera allergy.

So if you do notice any such side effects repeatedly, you must discontinue use. However, the allergy to aloe vera is very rare.
